I. B. Tigrett Middle School

On Monday, August 24, Tigrett Middle School was notified that the school will receive $8,000 from Wal-Mart. The school entered into a "Write to Change the Classroom" essay contest. Tigrett is one of twenty winners in the United States for this award. $4,000 will be used for the AVID class and $4,000 will be used for the school. The money cards are on the way and Tigrett is excited and ready to use the additional funds to support the students. Way to go Ms. Epperson, Ms. McIlwain and the entire staff at Tigrett Middle School.
