After four years of hard work, seventeen JCM Early College High students graduated from Jackson State Community College on Saturday, May 4, 2019, two weeks before receiving their high school diplomas.

Public Notice: Special Education Records
The Department of Special Education in the Jackson-Madison County School System would like to inform the public that beginning June 6, 2019 the department will begin shredding documents on all former students with a birthday that fell during or before 1992 and who were served or tested by their department. A copy of the initial and most recent testing and IEPs will be kept on file. Individuals may request a copy of their complete paperwork prior to June 6th by calling 731-664-2553. Requests after June 6, 2019 will only include the initial and most recent testing and IEP information. Posted Monday, May 6, 2019.

In 2016, our Jackson-Madison County Schools are home to over 13,000 students that speak over 17 languages from very diverse backgrounds. Our district is home to nine elementary schools, three K-8 schools, four middle schools, three traditional high schools, one magnet high school and one early college high school.
