
What should you expect at your LOOP 2.0 work-based learning job interview?

Once you have passed your JMCSS LOOP 2.0 pre-screen, you will be invited to interview with the staff at West Tennessee Healthcare (WTH). Prior to your interview date, you need to complete the online background check, WTH application, get 2 letters of recommendation, and complete all of the paperwork provided in the LOOP folder.
COVID Vaccination Requirement - Students must have 2 Pfizer or Moderna vaccinations or 1 Johnson and Johnson vaccination, OR they will have to file for a medical/religious exemption.
On your interview day, there are several items you need to keep in mind.
- Your interview will be at the Jackson General Hospital (620 Skyline Drive, Jackson, TN 38301).
- Dress professionally and turn your cell phone off.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your assigned interview time.
- Bring all of the completed paperwork given to you in your LOOP folder, including your 2 letters of recommendation.
- Bring 2 forms of identification, such as your driver's license and social security card.
- Bring your COVID vaccination card or file for medical/religious exemption on the WTH website provided.
- At your interview, you will rotate to different stations to meet with various representatives from JMCSS and WTH.
- Anticipate the interview to take between 1.5 - 2 hours to complete.
Note: Students must provide the Drug Test Parental Consent Form with their parent/guardian's signature. West Tennessee Healthcare will collect a specimen (blood, urine, hair, etc.) for your pre-employment screening.
