Malesus STEM Innovation Center

Program Description: The Malesus STEM Innovation Center is a school-within-a-school model. Students remain enrolled at their middle school where they will take classes in English Language Arts, Social Studies, and Physical Education. Students will spend approximately half of their school day at the Malesus Center where they will take their Math, Science, and Elective classes. Breakfast and lunch will be served at the middle school. Transportation will be provided to and from the middle school only to the Malesus STEM Innovation Center.
Registration Requirements: Any student enrolled in a JMCSS middle school can apply to attend the Malesus STEM Innovation Center.
Proposed Schedule Draft:
Morning Session: 8:15am-10:30am
Schools: WBMS, Rose Hill, JCT, JASA, Community Montessori
Afternoon Session: 11:35am-1:45pm
Schools: NPMS, JCM-M, NEMS
