Transition Academy

The Transition Academy is an adult preparation program for students who are 18-years or older and have been diagnosed with intellectual or developmental disabilities. During the program, students learn home life skills that will allow them to take care of themselves. The goal is for students to transition to life after high school with increased abilities and opportunities in three areas: home life, work life, and community life.
