Teacher of the Year

Ms. Newbill is in her 23rd year of teaching.  She has taught in Humboldt and Haywood.  She currently is a 3rd grade teacher here at Isaac Lane.  She has a passion and genuine love for teaching.  She enjoys traveling, shopping and planting flowers in her garden.  Her favorite destination is Bamberg, Germany.  She also enjoys volunteering and helping others.
