To assist families in measuring progress for their students, you will receive a score report for each state assessment your student completes. In the first video, we will show you how to navigate the printed individual student report for the Tennessee Comprehensive Assessment Program. In the second video, we will show you how to navigate the printed individual student report for the Tennessee Comprehensive Assessment Program.

If you have difficulties logging into the Portal, you can request your student’s State ID (USID) from your student’s school or district office. Use the seven-digit number found on your student's Individual Student Report and add two zeroes in front of that number. The resulting nine-digit number will enable you to create an account for your student. For example, a state ID 1234567 would become 001234567.
