Ms. Victoria Toone
Hello Isaac Lane Community,
My name is Victoria Toone and I am one of two Professional School Counselors(PSC) at Issac Lane. For over 40 years my professional path has permitted me to work with families and children in several domains, including A&D, domestic violence, child welfare, mental health and social justice. As a PSC, I am committed to addressing the holistic needs of the entire student body. My goal is to support a safe learning environment and work to safeguard the rights of all members of the school community. The most rewarding part of my job is developing positive relationships with students and watching their growth and development as they mature.
My professional training has been in the areas of Therapy, School Counseling and Social Work. As a trained School Counselor, I will help to find solutions to situations within our school that impact student learning. I will also work hard to ensure that educational policies, practices and programs eliminate barriers for underserved and underrepresented populations. In my work with students and families, I will utilize the humanistic and strengths perspectives to provide services in a proactive, developmental, and preventative manner.
My contact information is: Email: vttoone@jmcss.org Phone (731) 506-2638. If you need to leave me a message by phone or email, I will respond within 24 hours.
