Mrs. Theresa Yenawine, Instructional Coach

I feel so blessed to be returning this upcoming school year as the Instructional Coach at Isaac Lane. I learned so much from each of you in the position of Reading Specialist last year. You truly made me feel welcome and a part of the Isaac Lane family from the first day. It is an honor to be able to work along side each of you and support you in any way I can.

As Instructional Coach I will be transitioning into supporting you with all subjects rather than just Reading. After thirty years of teaching, my passion has grown from ministering to students to supporting teachers.

Our profession has seen more change in the last few years than ever before. The rise of technology has brought change at a rate that can be overwhelming while attempting to keep our students and their needs at the forefront of all we do. It is my desire to walk along side you as a supportive thinking partner as we navigate this time of great change. Our kids are worthy and deserving of our efforts, but the challenges are real. We are all in this together, and my desire is to be a resource to you and to make your job easier.

I am praying for each of you by name and trust that we have an incredible year of service to our children ahead of us.
