Welcome to Denmark Elementary

  • We at Denmark Elementary are excited to have the support of such amazing parents, guardians, and families. Remember the old African proverb that "it takes a village to raise a child"? Our students' education, values, and success extend beyond the bricks and mortar of our school's foundation and walls. It is accredited to excellent leaders and role models within our community and families as well as the instruction of our principal, educators, and school staff.

Each school year we have many events that families were invited to participate in. Our "Donuts with Dad" event last year was a huge success. Fathers or father figures were invited to school and encouraged to read to their children. The harmonious sound of a gymnasium full of dads reading aloud was a great thing to hear, as the bond between fathers and children was strengthened by reliving and enjoying these stories.
