  • About the Teacher

    My name is Kat Hitt and I am the Art Teacher at Andrew Jackson Elementary. I am a graduate from Delta State University ,Cleveland,MS and have a degree Art Education K-12. In class I highly encourage children to enjoy art but at same time challenge their minds to higher levels of art , for instance, our third grade class is working on a college level color wheel! My classes through the school are working on weaving , clay, painting, color wheel, and drawing . The students meet once every week for 45 minutes for art at Andrew  Jackson! The students call me MS KAT!
