  • Getting updates and information from the Jackson-Madison County School System is getting even easier.  The district has launched a new app that will make engaging with the district and its schools even more convenient for families and community members. 

     

    The free app is available for Apple and Android devices through the App Store and Google Play by searching “JMCSS.”  During set up of the app, users can choose to follow specific schools to receive information from each campus as well as the district. The app also utilizes push alerts that will allow parents to get urgent notifications in a new way.

     

    Along with urgent notifications and the latest news, the app provides a calendar, directory, school zoning details, and direct links to PowerSchool and Online Payments.  Users can also find answers to frequently asked questions, resources, board policies and meeting dates, and school menus.  JMCSS graduates can even request a transcript through the app.
